The ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon payment of the goods in full by the customer
Claims in respect of goods damaged in transit or shortages must be notified to the website within 7 days of receipt of the goods
Claims for non-delivery of goods must be received by the website within 14 days of the date of the order

JuicyCigs Ltd do not accept liability for the misuse of our products and advise you to only use the products and accessories that we sell on this site as all parts have been tested in conjunction with one another and we cannot guarantee the compatibility with other suppliers.

Purchases by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted. You must be eighteen years of age and possess a valid credit card to purchase our products.
Delivery Information
We charge a minimal charge of 99p for shipping on all orders under £50.00. If over £50.00 delivery is FREE
UK First Class Delivery - Orders up to £30.00
UK First Class Recorded Delivery – For orders over £30.00. This will allow a tracking number and will also insure your item(s) for £30.00
All international orders will be sent out using Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery regardless of value
We will do everything we can to ensure your delivery arrives promptly, but can not make any guarantees on behalf of the Royal Mail or other carriers. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
Delivery Schedule
Your order will normally be dispatched the day we receive your order (before 3:30pm) and should take no more than 3 working days to reach you (Standard delivery - UK).
You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been dispatched. Recorded delivery customers will also receive details of reference or tracking numbers depending on the service requested.
We take great care to ensure that we are always in-stock of all items. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours.

A refund will only be issued on return of the items unopened and in original packaging. P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.
All atomisers and batteries have a 28 day guarantee and faulty items will only be replaced up to 28 days after purchase.
