Colour changing battery for eGo (Black)Wednesday, 11 May 2011 - Mike Today I would like to tell you about the colour changing battery for the ego. This particular model is in black, which just about goes with any of the eGo range. There is a ring led at the base end of the battery, which when the button is depressed, the ring illuminates blue, indicating a full charge. When the charge is 70%, the colour changes to green, and at 40%, changes to yellow. When the light changes to red, the unit will require recharging. So it takes the guesswork out of how much battery power you have. And as a nice touch, If you press the swich 4 times, a white led at the end of the battery lighs up to produce an ample amount of light to fill your cartridge in the dark. This battery will produce up to 10 hours of use, but less if you use the torch facility. A brilliant product, highly reccomended.
eGo colour changing battery.Sunday, 8 May 2011 - Pauline This is a brilliant battery, it looks so much more sofisticated than the other batteries, and its good to be able to know how much charge is left by a quick glance. A big plus for me is that you can turn the battery off while its not in use and wont accidently switch on when carrying. I love this item.
